A. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges and returns within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. No exchanges or returns will be processed after this period. Presenting the purchase receipt is mandatory to process an exchange or return.

The product must be in perfect condition for resale, with original tags, boxes, and packaging intact. Used or washed products will not be accepted. Items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges may be made exclusively for the same item or for another of equal value. If a higher-priced product is chosen, the price difference must be paid. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of fading, significant wear, or intentional damage.

B. EXCHANGE OPTIONS

For an identical product, subject to inventory availability.

For a different product of equal value.

For a higher-value product, upon payment of the corresponding additional amount.

C. RETURNS

Returns must be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be handled according to the options listed in section B.

D. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Products damaged as described in section A.
